Situated near the Village au Pied-du-Courant and the Jacques-Cartier Bridge, this multi-residential development is laid out as a neighbourhood block with an internal courtyard. It creates a protected, inhabited heart that opens onto the surrounding urban landscape and natural light. The design is based on a carefully controlled contrast between wood-effect cladding, black metal volumes and light aluminium surfaces, punctuated by touches of orange accents. Together, these elements establish a contemporary identity rooted in the energy of the site. Despite the constraints imposed by height restrictions, the project offers a healthy and connected living environment, where architecture, nature, and the city come together in a balanced and sensitive harmony.
