In Magog, this eco-district offers a contemporary approach to densification. Grounded in a low-carbon approach, the project is organized around an active base animated by a public plaza, local shops, and coworking spaces. The ensemble creates an accessible and vibrant living environment, rooted in everyday uses, where urbanity and nature are held in balance.
