The proposal is based on a bold architectural contrast, where a concreteand rammed earth base, with its dense, layered materiality, forms a warm, durable, vibrant and protective foundation, housing the service areas within a natural and timeless aesthetic.
In contrast, the upper volume unfolds beneath a light, filtering white veil, offering a more airy and contemporary appearance, creating a subtle dialogue between mass and lightness, intimacy and openness.
